Flaxseed buns

Flaxseed buns

1 1/2 cups ground flaxseed-add more if dough is runny
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt
pinch black pepper
3 eggs whisked
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp melted coconut oil
3 tbsp water
1/2 tsp dried herbs

Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl
Add in the remaining ingredients
Leave batter to rest for 5 minutes to thicken up.
Wet hands to shape into buns

Bake in the oven for 20-25 min – 350c.
