Spaghetti with sausages

200g fresh sausages(homemade),sliced 200 g mushrooms,sliced 1 onion one or two peppers,sliced tomato sauce(homemade) salt and pepper zucchini spaghetti from 4 zucchini Cook the sausages for few minutes in some oil(I use homemade sunflower oil) ,then add the mushrooms ,onion and peppers . After a couple of minutes add the tomato sauce.When everything is boiling , add salt and pepper and the spaghetti , and cook for 4,5 min.

Pizza

Crust 1 cup sunflower seed flour 1 cup almond flour 1 cup chia flour 1 cup flaxseed flour salt oregano a little water mix all ,put on a tray and spread in a very thin lay,like for chips.Bake for 10 min,just for it to be crispy. Take it off the oven,and put on in some oil , tomato sauce ,onion,mushrooms,organic bacon , homemade sausages ,olives.Beat two egg withes and spread on everything.Cook for about 15 min ,

Biscuits

2 cups almond flour 1/4 cup chia flour 1/2 cup coconut flour 3 egg whites(I think it’s ok to use the entire egg) xylitol by taste Mix all and lay betwen two cook papers ,so you can make it a thin lay.Take of the upper cook paper ,and put the lay in a tray.Cut it with a knife as you wish.Put it in the oven and cook for about 10 min.Then take it out , overturn it and cook it on the other side for about 7 min.This way they will bw crispy.

Empanadas

Empanadas of flaxseed flour are almonds: 1 cup flaxseed meal 1 Cup Almond flour 2 eggs Salt to taste Mix everything until you get a dough, roll out of my hands Reservation in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Mini cakes

So I tried this mini cakes and my boy was very happy he loved them 4 eggs , 1 cup coconut milk , half cup coconut oil , tea spoon vanilla extract mix all until blended add 1/2 cup coconut flour , 1/2 cup almond flour , tea spoon baking powder, tea spoon cinnamon , 3/4 spoons stevia , I have also added chopped hazelnut and mix it all until smooth place it into muffin tray and bake for 25 min 150 degrees note not every oven is the same

Mashed Zuccinis with chicken
